Shipping 

We have a 2 day handing time frame. All orders are shipped in the order they are recieved. Please see our shipping information page Here 

local pick up 

Please bring you order number and ID with you when you come to pick up. 

           There are items in our store that are only available for pick up. If you see something that you would like to have shipped, please reach out. We will do our best to get it to you. 

Can I change my order after I have placed it 

We will do our best to make changes. Please email us with you order number and your request. If you order has already shippped and has been picked up, we are not able to stop it. 

I used the wrong shipping address at checkout

You will need to cancel your order and repurchase with the correct shipping address. If you order has already shipped and has been picked up, we are not able to stop it. If the order marked as return to sender, we will issue a refund minus any shipping fees once we get the order back.  

I placed multiple orders, can you combine them? 

In most cases yes. As long as part of the order has not alreay been shipped we can combine orders. Shipping fees may still be applied for combine orders unless otherwise noted. 

Out of stock Items

Mistakes happen, If you order is unforunitly out of stock, you may be placed on a back order. If your item is backordered you will be offered a new estimated shipping and delivery date.  If you order can not be fufilled, we will issue a refund for any item not being shipped. 

                     Backorders: If you wish to cancel backordered items please do within 24 hours of reciving the backorder notice. If backorders have any kind of delay longer then 20 buiness delays a refund will be given.
